This is a full-time, field-based sales role serving the DC metro area. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll travel throughout the region conducting sales appointments and selling our services to homeowners, business owners, property managers, and other decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for closing warm leads provided by the company while also generating your own opportunities. Success in this role requires an upbeat personality, strong follow-through, familiarity with the local area, and a “get it done” mindset.

• Sales professionals from industries such as HVAC, kitchen/bath remodeling, auto, solar, roofing, real estate, or hospitality - anywhere your income depended on your performance
• Relationship builders who enjoy helping people and explaining technical information in a clear, simple way

• Develop a thorough understanding of all Atlantic Duct Cleaning commercial services, including (but not limited to):
  Air duct cleaning, Air duct sealing (Aeroseal), Dryer vent cleaning, and Trash chute cleaning
• Act as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for customer & provide expert technical guidance and sales support throughout the sales process
• Play an integral role in growing our Commercial sector through strategic partnerships

• Strong organization and consistent follow-up to meet daily outreach and sales goals
• A warm, professional communication style that creates a positive first impression
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn our services, systems, and proven sales approach
• Comfort balancing time in the field with administrative work
• A collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and confidently

• A strong desire to win
• 2+ years of experience in an in-person sales role
• Quick learner with technology and software applications
• Comfortable climbing ladders, entering basements, and accessing difficult areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and solutions-driven
