Overview
Do you love Real Estate but aren't happy about the commission-only structure? This is a salary position plus bonuses. We’re searching for an Enthusiastic and Driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support our business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people, supporting our outside sales agents, and is eager to connect us with new people.
If you’re looking to have a career in real estate and have stability, this is the right fit for you! The role is hybrid - remote and in-person!
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities- Turn customer prospects into qualified leads with strong persuasion skills.
