Position: Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Location: In Person for the first 90 days with opportunity to work remotely thereafter

Schedule: Part‑time to full‑time (20–40 hours per week)

Compensation: Monthly stipend + performance‑based bonuses

Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your role is critical: nurturing leads, setting qualified appointments, and supporting our agents by ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on conversations, follow‑up, and results — and wants to be part of a team that is expanding quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to new and existing leads
  • Respond promptly to internet inquiries, texts, and calls
  • Qualify buyers and sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness
  • Set appointments for licensed agents with qualified prospects
  • Follow up consistently with leads using our CRM and proven scripts
  • Re‑engage cold and nurture long‑term leads
  • Track conversations, appointments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to improve conversion rates
  • Represent the team brand professionally and enthusiastically
What We’re Looking For
  • Real estate license is a plus or willingness to obtain a license in the future
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily (minimum of 30 contacts a day)
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills
  • Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based bonuses
  • Coachable, positive, and solutions‑focused
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and basic tech tools preferred
