Our growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Agent who is motivated, organized, and ready to help push our team to the next level.
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your role is critical: nurturing leads, setting qualified appointments, and supporting our agents by ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on conversations, follow‑up, and results — and wants to be part of a team that is expanding quickly.
Responsibilities- Make outbound and inbound calls to new and existing leads
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries, texts, and calls
- Qualify buyers and sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness
- Set appointments for licensed agents with qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads using our CRM and proven scripts
- Re‑engage cold and nurture long‑term leads
- Track conversations, appointments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to improve conversion rates
- Represent the team brand professionally and enthusiastically
- Real estate license is a plus or willingness to obtain a license in the future
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily (minimum of 30 contacts a day)
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills
- Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based bonuses
- Coachable, positive, and solutions‑focused
- Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Familiarity with CRMs and basic tech tools preferred
- Monthly stipend (base compensation)
