Hybrid Solar & Home Services Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Solstice Community Solar is expanding our hybrid sales team in active markets: MA, DE, NY, MN, MD, VA & IL.

In addition to community solar programs, we are also expanding opportunities in home security and exterior home services through affiliated partnerships.

This full-time role combines remote outreach with in-person meetings to educate homeowners on solar, energy savings, security solutions, and exterior improvement options.

• Meet homeowners in person and virtually to explain community solar programs.
• Guide customers through the subscription and enrollment process.
• Work within assigned utility territories in active markets.
• Identify opportunities for rooftop solar in select areas.
• Introduce home security solutions where applicable.
• Educate homeowners on exterior services including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm-related restoration support.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory professionally.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable closing qualified customers in the field and building long-term relationships.

Experience in solar, door-to-door, home improvement, roofing, storm restoration, or security sales is strongly encouraged.
