We're hiring a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our Washington DC team. You'll turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into meetings: working the phones, crafting short outreach messages for email and social, and partnering with Marketing to drive qualified appointments across the Washington DC region.
Expect daytime hours starting at 8:00 AM

The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains a pipeline through high-activity outreach and targeted prospecting
, with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings
. You'll research accounts, tailor outreach to each prospect, log activity in the CRM, and schedule appointments — serving as the bridge between first contact and the sales team.

- High-Volume Outreach: Turn quick phone, email, and social touches — into real conversations that lead to qualified meetings. (Paid training and proven scripts included.)
- Messaging & Nurture: Craft short, compelling messages and follow‑ups. Test call openers and outreach approaches to see what converts across the Washington DC market.
- Social Selling: Research the right contacts on Linked In and other platforms, personalize your approach, and start authentic conversations — never spam.
- Appointment Setting (Primary Win): Book the win. Qualify interest and schedule high-value appointments for the sales team, capturing clean notes in the CRM so hand‑offs are smooth.
- Pipeline Management: Own your dashboard. Track activity, follow‑ups, and progress toward goals — and turn metrics into wins.

Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing — share what's working, request creative assets, and see your ideas tested live in real campaigns.
- Prior inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking
- Organized, self‑motivated, and accountable to goals
- Skilled in using social media as a business tool
- Available full-time Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
- Plus: CRM familiarity (Hub Spot/Salesforce); B2B sales experience a bonus
$25 – $28/hour base + monthly performance bonuses & commission
