Position: Sales Associate - Banner's Hallmark Fair City Mall Fairfax, VA

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate should enjoy meeting others, love working as a team and collaborating.

The Sales Associate should be able to optimize the shopping experience through knowledge and attentive customer service to continually increase sales and productivity.

The Sales Associates primary duties are, but not limited to:

  • Drive Results: Assist in driving revenue by providing exceptional customer experience while balancing tasks. Understand company and store goals.
  • Customer Service and Product Knowledge: Proactively engage customers and assist in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that both the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat and orderly every day. Participate in processing of shipments, replenishment of the selling floor, and additional tasks.
  • Merchandising: Assist in executing company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and keep the store to standard.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
