Position Overview Blue Star Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.The ideal candidate will be comfortable networking with Property Managers, Regional Managers, Facility Directors, Building Engineers, Business Owners, and Commercial Real Estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new commercial cleaning opportunities.
* Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, networking activities, and property visits.
* Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs with prospective clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with Property Management Companies and Facility Managers.
* Generate leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Coordinate site visits and proposal requests.
* Follow up on proposals and negotiate service agreements.
* Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Assist with contract renewals and upselling additional services.
* Represent Blue Star Cleaning Services at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required
* Bilingual (English & Spanish)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
* Reliable transportation for local travel
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems### Preferred
* Experience in Commercial Cleaning, Property Management, Multifamily Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, or B2B Sales
* Previous account management or business development experience
* Existing network within the commercial real estate or property management industry
