Responsibilities- Serve as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home, customizing tours to individual tastes and recommending the perfect floorplan.
- Create a sense of community and go the extra mile to deliver a spectacular experience for new residents.
- Use sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through creative campaigns, continuous outreach and social media engagement.
- Follow through on every lead, providing tailored updates on floor plans, neighborhood hotspots and new offerings.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents, colleagues and contribute to Avalon Bay’s “Creating a Better Way to Live.”
- Be available on weekends, with Saturday availability required due to high traffic periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property‑management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
