• Serve as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home, customizing tours to individual tastes and recommending the perfect floorplan.
• Create a sense of community and go the extra mile to deliver a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Use sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through creative campaigns, continuous outreach and social media engagement.
• Follow through on every lead, providing tailored updates on floor plans, neighborhood hotspots and new offerings.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents, colleagues and contribute to Avalon Bay’s “Creating a Better Way to Live.”
• Be available on weekends, with Saturday availability required due to high traffic periods.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property‑management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
