Riverstone Commercial Cleaning is a growing commercial facility services company serving Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. We work with daycares, fitness facilities, medical offices, professional offices, and property managers who expect a higher standard — W-2 employees, hospital-grade disinfectants, photo-documented quality control, and an owner who answers the phone. We're building the most operationally sophisticated cleaning company in the region, and we need a sharp, people-first sales professional to help us grow.
The RoleWe're looking for an Outside Sales Specialist to represent Riverstone in the field — visiting commercial properties, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and generating qualified leads that convert to recurring cleaning contracts. This is a relationship-building role as much as it is a numbers game. You'll be the face of the brand in Loudoun and Fairfax counties, and eventually Arlington, Alexandria, and DC.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, thrives working independently, and wants to earn uncapped commission on recurring revenue.
What You'll Do- Canvass commercial properties (office parks, medical buildings, childcare centers, fitness studios, retail corridors) to introduce Riverstone's services
- Qualify prospects and schedule on-site walkthroughs with the owner
- Track outreach activity and pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and build a referral network over time
- Represent the Riverstone brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
- Comfortable approaching and engaging strangers in a professional setting
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-directed — you manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to results
- Prior experience in outside sales, business development, canvassing, or B2B prospecting a plus (but not required — we'll train the right person)
- Reliable transportation and ability to cover Fairfax and Loudoun counties
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- 25% of the first month's contract value for every new recurring account you bring in
- 10% of the invoice for one-time jobs
