In this role, you will leverage your expertise to connect customers with quality pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Your sales acumen and customer-centric approach will help build lasting relationships and drive dealership success.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and guide them through the selection process.
- Present used and certified pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Coordinate test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicle options.
- Negotiate sales terms effectively to close deals that align with both customer satisfaction and dealership goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, inventory updates, and dealership promotions.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly with used or certified pre-owned vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus.
- Competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $150,000, based on experience and performance.
