This role is for experienced storm and insurance restoration closers who want speed, clarity, and immediate payout.

THE ROLE:

• You generate your own leads, run appointments, close deals, and move on. We handle everything else.
• This is a true closer role with a clean handoff and same-day commission payout.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You will self-generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and storm activity.
• You will run storm and insurance restoration appointments.
• You will inspect roofs and exterior damage.
• You will control homeowner conversations and set expectations.
• You will explain the insurance process with confidence.
• You will get homeowner agreements signed.
• You will log approvals accurately in our CRM.
• You will produce consistently and move fast.

WHERE YOUR JOB ENDS:

• Your job ends at the signed agreement.
• You do not deal with supplements.
• You do not chase insurance paperwork.

Once the agreement is signed, the company takes over.

When the house is approved, your initial estimated commission is paid the same day directly to your bank account .

COMPENSATION:

• Fixed commission per approved job.
• Same-day payout at approval.
• Full commission transparency on every deal.

Serious closers earn $100,000 to $250,000+ per year . Top performers earn more.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

• You have prior storm or insurance restoration sales experience.
• You are comfortable generating your own leads.
• You have door-to-door or outside sales experience.
• You are disciplined, organized, and self-driven.
• You are comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs.
• You have a valid driver’s license.
• You have reliable transportation and your own personal vehicle.
