Description:
Reporting directly to the VP of Industrial Security / Corporate FSO, this role partners closely with the Deputy Director and coordinates across all security verticals (counterintelligence, insider threat, FOCI, physical security, security shared service center, etc.). The Senior Security Manager / FSO leads and mentors a dedicated team of FSOs and AFSOs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in all aspects of industrial security.
This position is located in Fairfax, VA.
Responsibilities- DD-254 Lifecycle Management:
Ensure DD-254s accurately capture classified contract obligations; amend, retire, and maintain synchronization with NISS. - Inspection-Ready Documentation:
Maintain all security documents (KMP lists, SF-328, DD-441, DD-441-1, courier cards, visit logs) to be inspection‑ready at all times. - Proposal Cycle Security Review:
Review and approve security language for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. - Sector Briefings:
Brief cleared and non‑cleared personnel on security requirements and processes. - Self‑Inspection Program:
Conduct self‑inspections twice annually and resolve identified items to ensure superior DCSA rating. - Contract Alignment:
Ensure DD-254s align precisely with contractual obligations. - Collaboration:
Maintain tight coordination with the Shared Security Center on clearances, MRPTs, foreign travel, FOCI visits, and SF-312s. - Leadership:
Mentor FSOs and AFSOs, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. - Document Preparation:
Draft, route, and prepare security documents for VP Industrial Security signature.
- 10+ years of industrial security experience, with at least 5 years at possessing facilities.
- Active FSO certification.
- CI polygraph eligibility.
- Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit‑based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $.
