Job Schedule:

Day  Time      Sat  10:00 AM - 08:00 PM    Sun  10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor access points and assist with screening, visitor management, and credential verification while following post orders and healthcare location protocols.
Support emergency and medical-related response efforts by helping with crowd control, access coordination, and/or direction during urgent situations, while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
