Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disruptions while supporting visitor screening and directional assistance as needed.;
Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with staff and first responders during medical, fire, and/or other emergency situations.
