Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocol.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, directing people to appropriate areas while reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to site leadership.;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and onsite personnel.
