** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.

+ Support day-to-day operations by assisting with visitor interactions, following communication protocols, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
