Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas while documenting observations, reporting concerns, and following post orders and/or site instructions.;
Support access control activities by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and communicating professionally with staff and guests regarding location protocols.
