Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting activity according to site protocols;
Conduct armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity, verifying credentials, directing visitors, and supporting staff with security-related issues as needed;
Prepare accurate reports and assist with security-related investigations and/or follow-up actions
