Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry and disruptive behavior.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate security-related concerns to designated healthcare personnel and/or emergency responders.
