Security Officer Part Time Driver Customer Support

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
