Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a utility operations location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, alarms, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Report maintenance concerns, hazardous conditions, access-control issues, and other security-related observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
