Security Officer Armed

Allied Universal is seeking Armed Security Officers with an active DCJS Guard Card. In this role, you will protect client sites through patrols, access control, and vigilant monitoring. Responsibilities include enforcing site policies, responding to incidents and alarms, completing detailed reports, and providing professional customer service to clients and visitors. You will adhere to strict safety and firearms protocols and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform armed security patrols of assigned premises on foot or by vehicle
• Control access to facilities, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and security systems, escalating issues as needed
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies following post orders
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports in a timely manner
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations consistently
• Provide professional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Collaborate with site management and law enforcement when required
• Participate in ongoing training, firearms qualification, and drills
• Maintain weapons, gear, and uniforms in safe, serviceable condition
