Data Center Shift Supervisor

Securitas seeks a Data Center Shift Supervisor to lead on-site security operations in a mission-critical environment. You will supervise security officers, manage access control and monitoring systems, and ensure strict protection of client assets and infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident response, report writing, compliance with security and safety procedures, and coordination with client and Securitas leadership. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations within a data center during assigned shifts
• Monitor access control, alarms, and CCTV to protect critical infrastructure
• Assign, direct, and support security officers on shift, ensuring post coverage
• Respond to incidents, conduct initial investigations, and complete accurate reports
• Enforce client and Securitas policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Coordinate with client representatives and Securitas management on security issues
• Ensure compliance with incident escalation, documentation, and reporting protocols
• Train, coach, and mentor officers on procedures, technology, and customer service
• Conduct regular inspections of posts, equipment, and security systems
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement of security operations
