Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility operations personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, access points, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;

Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations following emergency procedures;
