Maintenance Technician ; Duct Cleaner

• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment and accessories per company and manufacturer specifications.
• Assist in cleaning ducts and duct fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assist in delivery and removal of equipment for installation work.
• Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside to uphold the company’s professional image.
• Perform similar or additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; additional training and 0–2 years HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid licensing or certification required by local or federal regulations.
• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment fundamentals.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn to operate required tools and equipment.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction and service excellence.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work on‑call shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, attic stairs, and maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as necessary.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas.
• Capacity to climb 300‑lb load‑rated ladders with a 30‑lb tool belt.
• Vision: natural or corrected, with clear close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move items up to 50 pounds.
