• Provide full‑service solutions for mechanical equipment and systems maintenance and installation for government and commercial customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment including air‑cooled chillers, air‑handling units, boilers, cooling towers, data‑center cooling, exhaust and filtration, heat exchangers, heat pumps, humidification, piping, pumps, rooftop units, variable air volume systems, variable frequency drives, and walk‑in coolers and freezers.
• Carry out projects such as AC unit installs, air‑cooled chiller installation, boiler overhauls and replacements, commercial water heater installation, and pump rebuilds and installation (water‑cooled and direct expansion).

• High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience, preferably as a truck‑based service technician.
• Experience with complex HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, package units, AHUs, VAVs, banks of units, etc.).
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program or recognized apprenticeship (preferred).
• Journeyman License or ability to obtain one within 1 year of employment.
• Current CFC/EPA Universal Certification.
• Holistic understanding of mechanical equipment and HVAC design in commercial and industrial environments.
• OEM factory training or experience with Trane, Liebert, Stulz, and other major brands.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; applicants will undergo a government background investigation.
• Valid driver’s license; may require use of a company vehicle.
• Strong understanding of HVAC tools, machines, and proper maintenance.
• Proficiency in hand tools and test equipment for diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to record maintenance reports, service tickets, and safety briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Ability to travel occasionally outside normal working areas; may require limited overnight travel.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and safely.
• Preferred: advanced troubleshooting skills on boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, heat pumps, and CRAC units.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and system plans.
• Current Master HVAC License or equivalent technical degree.
• Experience with Liebert HVAC systems.

• Lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

• Pay range: USD 30.00 – 45.00 per hour.
