HVAC Project Manager

• Annual base pay of $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience

• Manage ground-up multifamily HVAC construction projects in Manassas, VA, and surrounding areas

• Oversee podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units

• Utilize Procore to manage schedules, budgets, project documentation, and communication

• Coordinate with field personnel, trade partners, and internal teams to support project goals

• Track project timelines, costs, and resource allocation

• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership

• Ensure projects align with applicable safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications

• Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions to keep work moving forward

• Manage multiple active projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail

• Serve as a dependable leader who communicates clearly and supports team success

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience

• Experience with in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction trades

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project execution

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

• Valid driver's license

• Authorization to work in the United States
