Job Details As a Service Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of a growing HVAC and Plumbing Service division, overseeing Field Teams, operational processes, customer relationships, and overall business performance across Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential service operations. MUST HAVE: 10+ years of leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Services, MEP, or related Skilled Trades environments Strong understanding of Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential service operations Experience leading Technicians, Supervisors, Dispatch, and Field Service personnel Proven success driving Operational Performance, Team Development, and Customer Satisfaction Working knowledge of Budgeting, Workforce Planning, and Service-related Financial Metrics NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with Service Titan or similar Field Service Management software Background supporting both HVAC and Plumbing Service teams

Experience with Preventative Maintenance Programs or Recurring Service Agreements Experience working with Property Management, Facilities, or Multifamily clients Interested in hearing more?
