Shelter House, Inc is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed services to individuals and families facing homelessness or risk thereof. You will manage a caseload of approximately 18–20 households, using a Housing First approach to secure and sustain permanent housing and promote self-sufficiency.
You will assess needs, develop individualized service plans, coordinate resources, advocate for clients, and help remove barriers to housing, employment, finances, and well-being.
