Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, VA is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the behavioral health team. This full-time, night shift position runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with weekend rotation.
The Safety Coach will participate in safety events, conduct debriefs, educate and mentor staff on incident reporting, and provide direct patient care under RN supervision. Inova is recognized for safety, quality and employee support.
