Our work depends on a software developer joining our team to develop front-end web application functionality using Angular, Java script, CSS, and HTML technologies that enhance the investigative capabilities against fraud, waste, and abuse within CPI.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team and be responsible for coding and unit testing interactive and dynamic user-interface solutions
  • Research, design, develop, test, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications
  • Assist with all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Assist with analyzing user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs
  • Assist with creating a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application
  • Perform software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging
  • Prepare reports on software project specifications, activities, or status
  • Assist with the documentation of software or system for future maintenance and updates
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Education
    :
    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field
  • Required Experience
    : 1+ years of experience
  • Required Technical Skills
    :
    Experience or knowledge of Angular, Java script, HTML, CSS, Git Hub, Node.js
  • Security Clearance Level
    :
    None needed, however must have the ability to obtain Public Trust;
    Applicants shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior to submitting an application for a Federal

  • Preferred Skills

    Experience in AWS, Spring Boot, Active

    MQ, Jira, Confluence;
    Familiarity with large, complex data sources using Postgre

    SQL or SQL and experience with data migration and/or maintenance activity as associated with the data sources for the application;
    Agile or SAFe experience;
    Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology;
    Back-end development experience would be a plus;
    Experience supporting CMS and the Center for Program Integrity

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 – $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
