App Dev – Java – Lead

• Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery to meet organizational goals.

• Extensive experience in Java application development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, best practices, and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring development teams.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools related to Java.
• Knowledge of internal enterprise systems and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a technology development environment.
