This is the perfect role for college students or young professionals looking for flexible part-time work in an energetic environment.

• Get paid to play – Lead games, teach skills, and make a real impact.

• Flexible schedule – Afternoons (2–5 PM) during the week, occasional weekends.

• Leadership opportunity – Take charge of your own group (up to 15 kids).

• Fun, team-oriented culture – Work with other passionate coaches.

• Paid training – We set you up for success from day one.

• Lead age-appropriate sports programs for kids ages 5–12.

• Teach basic sports skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.

• Keep kids engaged, active, and safe.

• Communicate with parents and provide positive updates.

• Be the role model kids look up to.

• Experience with kids in sports – volunteer coaching, camp counselor, PE assistant, etc.

• Reliable & responsible – able to manage a group independently.

• Positive energy – enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging.

• Own a reliable car (public transit not accepted).

• Afternoon availability on weekdays (2–5 PM); some weekends.

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
