Requirements:

• Must have Class A License (CDL-A)
• At least 3 months of verifiable experience
• No more than 2 CMV on‑road preventable accidents
• No more than 2 moving violations
• Must be 21 years or older
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offence occurred while holding a CDL
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug‑related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offence occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL‑A/CLP
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire

Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

• Haul freight containers secured to company‑owned chassis.
• 99% no‑touch freight that is 80% drop‑and‑hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within DE, MD, PA, VA and WV.

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and Haz Mat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 25 miles of Fredericksburg, VA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
