Base pay range: $12.00/hr – $12.00/hr.

Monday‑Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. 4 hours on weekends as needed.

Industrial Cleaner performs cleaning‑related tasks as outlined in the contract between Diversified Maintenance and the customer in an industrial environment. The Industrial Cleaner reports any problems or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

• Empty trash and recycling.
• Clean entire restroom using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and wet‑mop floors.
• Clean plant floor and machinery.
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months experience in a janitorial‑type position.
• On‑job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance.
