Job Description
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
A successful Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor
- Proven experience as a Controller
- Quick Books experience a must
- Procore experience nice to have
- Management experience nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a team‑oriented mindset

With a focus on ground‑up and tenant‑improvement high‑end construction projects, our client is rapidly growing. Due to this growth, they are now looking for a strong Controller to have oversight of the entire accounting function, while managing a team of accountants.
