Accounting Clerk — Fairfield | Temp-to-Hire | On-Site
We're looking for an Accounting Clerk with an AR focus to support a growing organization. This is a 100% on-site role in Fairfield, and the client is ready to hire immediately.
What you'll do:- Handle day-to-day AR billing and invoicing
- Support light collections and reach out on past-due accounts
- Review and help manage the AR aging report
- Assist with light AP tasks as needed
- High school diploma required; some college coursework in accounting a plus
- 1-3 years of AR or general accounting support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
