Description
At North Bay Health, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders and as assigned, direct reports in a variety of capacities including management of the executive calendars, meetings and assistance on special projects to meet organizational strategic goals and objectives; conducts event and meeting planning, assists with meeting activities, manages correspondence, and composes a variety of documents/reports.
This position will support the system COO as well as office of the General Counsel. This position is onsite in Fairfield CA daily.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skill; ability to meet designated deadlines.
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office suite. Demonstrates advanced computer skills; develops PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, composes a variety of correspondence and reports (MS Office).
- Strong writing & proofreading skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; demonstrates discretion handling sensitive material/matters concerning the organization and personnel matters.
- Displays excellent customer service skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision utilizing a high level of motivation, initiative, good judgment, and diplomacy in a diverse business environment.
- Requires outstanding interpersonal skills including problem solving and critical thinking, excellent communication and diplomacy skills, able to handle multiple projects, set up complex meetings.
