Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield is seeking a professional, customer-focused Client Care Agent to join our Service Department team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience by supporting our clients at every touchpoint, from arrival to checkout.

Requirements What is a Client Care Agent?The Client Care Agent serves as a key point of contact for our service clients and supports daily operations through cashiering, loaner vehicle coordination, and phone support. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to provide a warm, polished customer experience consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Key Responsibilities Client Reception & Cashiering- Greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Process service repair orders and payments accurately
- Review invoices with clients and answer basic billing questions
- Balance daily cash drawer and payment reports
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier area
- Schedule and assign loaner vehicles to service clients
- Verify driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation
- Complete loaner agreements and check vehicles in/out
- Inspect loaner vehicles for damage and fuel levels
- Coordinate with porters to ensure loaner fleet readiness
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Assist clients with basic service inquiries and appointment confirmations
- Support service advisors and management with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate client and vehicle records in dealership systems
- Previous customer service experience required (automotive experience preferred)
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
