- Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to both internal and external customers, answering the telephone and responding to e-mails;
Handle cash and inventory, operate a cash register, and input transactions into a Point of Sale system;
Take reservations for trips/tours, rental equipment, campsites, stalls, RV storage and aquatic center events;
Perform rental duties and prepare rentals for customers, including checking in and out equipment and maintaining rental items;
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, storage areas, and surrounding grounds
