Responsibilities- Respond to customer telephone inquiries by direct action or referral questions & requests.
- Comply with customer requests, sell bank services, resolve problems, and explain bank policy regarding rates and service charges.
- Previous customer service skills in a banking environment preferred.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual/Spanish highly desirable but not required.
