CA Single Subject:
Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, Life Science Candidates who hold an out-of-state teaching credential/certificate will be considered. Attach a copy of your out-of-state credential to your application.

* Certificate Copy (Certificate of Clearance (COC))

* Certification ((Credential Program Status Letter/Appeasement letter (Clearly state the type of credential, i.e., single subject (list subject), multiple subject or Ed Specialist (list authorization) and the anticipated date of recommendation to CTC.)))

* Copy of Transcript (Showing BA Degree, front and back of transcripts)

* Credential Copy

* English Learner Authorization (If not embedded in your credential)

* Letter of Introduction

* Letter(s) of Recommendation (A minimum of three (3) current letters of recommendation.)

* Other (Subject Matter Competency - CSETs)

* Resume
