Experience the best office in the world teaching snow sports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Part‑time hours available. For full‑time instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. - Minimum Age:

- Teach group and private lessons.
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children.
- Deliver world‑class guest service.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment.
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment.
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain.
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and be comfortable with children aged 3 and older.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Must be comfortable being in ski boots for an extended period of time.
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

- Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law such as a work permit, physician’s note, and/or proof of birthdate.
The role requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which must be completed before you can begin work.
