Multiple contract opportunities are available for the upcoming school year, supporting elementary and middle school students with mild to moderate exceptionalities. • Elementary (2 days per week, approx. 40% schedule), max caseload 12; 7.25-hour days from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm, including a 30‑minute duty‑free lunch.
• Elementary (full-time, split between two sites), max caseload 28; 7.25-hour days from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm with a duty‑free lunch.
• Middle School (100% RSP), max caseload 28; 6.75-hour days from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm including a duty‑free lunch.
• Two Middle School SDC positions (100%), max caseload 16; 6.75-hour days from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm with a 30‑minute duty‑free lunch.

• Valid Special Education teaching credential (mild to moderate or equivalent)
• Previous classroom experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, compliance, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction, provide accommodations, and foster a positive, supportive classroom climate

• Providing differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Managing caseloads per assignment parameters and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
• Collaborating with general education staff, related service providers, and administrators
• Facilitating IEP meetings and tracking progress toward goals
• Implementing effective classroom management strategies
