Pacific Edge Sports Academy Inc. is a youth sports organization that has served Fairfield, California and surrounding areas since 2015. Our mission is to support each child’s developing life story through safe, quality, and community‑focused sports experiences.

Hours:

MON: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
TUE: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
WED: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
THU: 10:30 am – 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
FRI: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
SAT: 8:45 am – 1:30 pm (1:30 pm – 9:00 pm for events)
SUN: CLOSED

• Experience working with children ages 5 and older.
• Previous or current gymnastics experience, or experience in a similar sport, is preferred.
• Desired availability:
  Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during normal business hours. Open availability preferred.

• Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula.
• Complete all administrative duties such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans, and updating progress reports of your students.
• Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co‑workers.
• Understand the importance of your student retention rate.
• Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students.
• Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s).

• Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports.
• Has a friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude and approachable personality.
• Hardworking and willing to increase knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coaching.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

$16.90 to $25.00 per hour (depending on industry experience)
