Speech Pathologist, Elementary School

KeyQualifications
- Current California SLP licensure required (SLP-CCC or CFY welcome)
- Experience or strong desire to work in school settings, particularly with peds/elementary populations
- Familiarity with healthcare-based SLP practices is a plus
- Comfortable with virtual/remote interviews as part of the hiring process
- Compassionate, collaborative, and eager to support diverse student needs
- Deliver speech and language therapy for students in PreK5th grade, up to a maximum caseload of 55
- Evaluate student needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Work within a standard school day (7:45am4:15pm) with a 30-minute duty-free lunch
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings as needed and communicate regularly with families
- Comply with district onboarding and training; fingerprinting may be required prior to start
