We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Fairfield, California. This is an exciting opportunity to empower students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized instruction in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support students' academic, social, and behavioral growth.
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior management techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience working with students with diverse disabilities is preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
