RTX is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead a team of junior engineers at the Fairfield site. You will guide production safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while solving complex production problems with current processes and equipment.
You will drive root-cause actions, develop new tooling and processes, and collaborate with the mechanical engineering team to improve manufacturability. A university degree and several years of related work are required.
