Escrow Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $22–$25/hour
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in mortgage, escrow, loan processing, or residential construction who enjoys working in a structured, step-by-step environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
- Verify signatures and ensure all required documentation is properly executed
- Compare figures and validate financial details for consistency
- Support the sales management team with escrow and closing-related tasks
- Follow structured workflows, completing tasks sequentially before progressing to multi-tasking responsibilities
- Manage multiple priorities effectively once fully trained
- Experience in mortgage, escrow, loan processing, or homebuilding environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and work in a step-by-step environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with e-signature platforms (e.g., Docu Sign) is a plus
- Experience with ERP or contract management systems is a plus
- Onsite role in Fairfield, CA with ample parking available
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- Training is provided, and the team is open to candidates eager to learn and grow in the role
