Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Arranging social activities and community access
• Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
• Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
• Domestic assistance, community access and social support
• Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
• Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
• Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
